What is the first thing that a staff member who comes up with an idea would like? To implement it him/herself as soon as possible! And that's why it is very important to respond quickly and show encouragement. But how should you react if your staff member raises an issue without a corresponding solution? What if you think you have a better solution? And how do you react to an idea if the team does not have the required skills or resources? This session provides answers to all these questions.
